Job description
Manual labor including using hand tools such as shovels, scoops brooms for duties such as auguring grain, scooping grain, turning levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; load agricultural products into trucks without over or under filling and drive trucks to market or storage facilities; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to cultivate and fertilize soil, and to harvest crops; must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside grain bins; follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment.
