JOB REQUIRES CULLING , SHUCKING, WASHING, SORTING OYSTERS. OYSTER MEAT IS THEN WASHED, WEIGHED, PACKED, LABELED, PALLETIZED AND STORED. CLEANING AND MAINTAINING WORK AREA BY RE-SACKING AND DISCARDING EMPTY SHELLS IS ALSO NECESSARY.
