Shovel and plow snow, grounds maintenance, such as litter cleanup, and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance, such as clearing roads and facilities of leaves, snow, or debris using hand tools or power equipment including but not limited to rakes, shovels, and snow/leaf blowers. Irrigation system winterization and activation. Potential for fall and spring leaf clean-up from yards and beds using hand tools and powered blowers, dormant pruning, leaf removal and landscape bed mulching. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties, using hand tools such as snow brooms, shovels, and spreading de-icing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt by hand. May also use walk behind electric or gas snow blowers, as needed. May drive crew vehicle. May drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed.

Special Requirements

Must possess or be able to obtain valid US driver's license.
Must be 18 years or older. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Perform physical activities: such as lift,
balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for
the entire period specified. Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or OT.
