Golf Maintenance

Job description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, cut, trim, edge, water lawns and flower beds; clean up, weed, plant, spread mulch; rake, blow leaves, fertilizing, digging, mowing, raking, pruning, core aerating, planting and transplanting, seeding and sodding of all golf course grounds lawns. Check/ensure equipment has proper fluid level and is operating properly. Clean and store all equipment. Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

Employer will offer 40 to 48 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm; 5:30am – 12:00pm; each 8+ hr. shift includes a 30-minute unpaid meal/break. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Holidays and weekends required.

Basic rate of pay $16.00 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, change in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.00/hr. per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour.

One meal provided during shift at no cost to employee. Eligible for Holiday and Partner Bonus.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.

Special Requirements

Post-employment background check and pre-employment, post-employment, post-injury or incident drug test required cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, US and foreign/H2B. Must be able to work a five-day schedule including weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application.
