Job description
***RFI Response***Front Desk Attendants will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting guests, assisting with reservations and assisting guests by occasionally holding bags and other items at the Front Desk while they wait for check-in or departure, distributing Hotel information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail daily. The Front Desk Attendant will also be responsible for inspecting the guest rooms and for making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
