Food & Beverage Bussers assist Servers by refilling beverages and by carrying trays and baskets containing guest food orders from the kitchen, when needed. Food & Beverage Bussers do not take orders from guests, as all guest orders are taken and placed by Servers.

Food & Beverage Bussers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas and buffets, delivering food to guests, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, providing excellent customer services, cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff, and adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
