Recreation Attendant

Job description

Provide assistance at golf / sports / clubhouse facilities including: greet members; confirm reservations; answer inquiries; arrange merchandise and provide facility info; load/unload golf bags; handle / clean / maintain golf carts, bags, clubs and shoes; keep cart barn and staging area orderly and stocked with clean golf balls, ice, cups, drink coolers; occasional trash removal and restroom cleaning; transport members' golf or sports equipment and automobiles to and from the clubhouse facilities; perform other related duties as assigned

***F.a.5 A-H & F.a.6a & F.a.6b 35 hrs/wk minimum. Shifts and shift hours vary Mon-Sun 7a-11p.
*** F.b.9a: Tipped position with guaranteed wage rate of $12.47/hr; overtime possible but not guaranteed @ $18.71/hr. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including tips) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company’s sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure.

Special Requirements

Experience must be verifiable.
Pre-hire drug test & background check, carried out equally between U.S. workers and H-2B workers.
Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed.
Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time.
Professional appearance, able to communicate in English.
