Job description
Beach Attendants will be responsible for performing a variety of attending duties at the beach, including escorting guests to their beach chairs, providing guests with towels and other linens upon request, assisting guests with beach umbrellas and chairs, answering guest questions or referring guest problems or complaints to supervisors, maintaining inventories, safety and cleanliness of the beach facilities, sweeping and mopping the deck, tables, and chairs, removing trash if needed, and adhering to operational procedures for pool and fitness equipment. Beach Attendants will assist in the implementation of programs, youth programs, special events, and conference recreation events. Beach Attendants will also be responsible for taking and placing orders,
carrying trays and plates, serving food and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests at the beach or pool, cleaning glasses, and cleaning and clearing tables. Beach Attendants may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Special Requirements
The petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment covid-19 test if required under federal or state guidelines at the time of hire. On-the-Job Training will be provided.
Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 7:00am to 2:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm, or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Wage per hour: $15.03 - $21.00 based on merit and past experience. Overtime Possible Per Hour at $22.55 - $31.50
Employees may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus, as well as service charges.
