Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Drive and operate harvesting machines or custom
cutting machinery to harvest a variety of grain and oil-seed crops, and cotton during downtime
from clients’ farms. Adjust speeds of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting
head, using hand tools. Change the cutting head as appropriate for the crop. Service
machinery and make incidental in-field repairs. General service to equipment like regular oil
checks, and making sure equipment is safe to operate.

Each worker will be provided at no cost, a full service cellular device as well as two way radios.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen
post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at
employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in
termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive
sitting is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward
exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
