Job description

Lift sacks of oysters (50+lbs) on conveyor to wash, grade, and process through high pressure processing machine. Shuck oysters, box and run through cryogenic freezer for cold storage. Follow food safety req'ts and wash work area after processing. 42 hrs per wk, Mon.-Sat., between 6:00am and 2:00pm. OT available after 40 hours and also will be paid for any work performed on Sunday.
