Job description

Assist in care of deer/fawns by tagging fawns at birth; vaccinating deer/fawns; feeding fawns daily after birth; weening fawns; preparing deer for artificial insemination; pin and unpin deer daily prior to breeding; implant cedars; cedar removal; assist in various breeding programs including heat detections; monitor deer after artificial insemination and fawns after birth; feeding deer, cutting hay/peanut fields for feeding; bag pasture feed; help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, pastures, levees, farm roads & fences; spot spray weeds; spraying to maintain vegetation. Clean and feed bunks and water troughs.

Special Requirements

Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions; frequent stooping/bending; repetitive movements.
