Job description

Greet club guests, take guest order, ring up order in point of sale system, advise kitchen personnel of items ordered, serve/deliver requested items and present check to guest; clear table. Assist with opening and closing of club restaurant/dining room/banquet room or food and beverage area; prepare side work, assist with running food. All servers will be laterally trained and at times may operate in different areas of food & beverage service. Must follow all sanitation Policies and Procedures.

Employer will offer 40-44 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Shifts vary: 6:00am-2:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 3:00pm-10:30pm. each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid meal/break. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Holidays and weekends required.

Tipped Position. Hourly wage of $15.00 per hour. Employer does not take tip credit. All tips received by the worker are retained by the worker. Employer may increase wage based on experience, change in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $22.50/hr. per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.

One meal provided during shift at no cost to employee. Eligible for Holiday and Partner Bonus.

Special Requirements

Post-employment background check and pre-employment, post-employment, post-injury or incident drug test required cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, US and foreign/H2B. Must be able to work a five-day schedule including weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, lift, move, push, pull and carry boxes, furniture, trays etc. Applicant must complete an employment application.
