Food preparation includes deep-frying and serving a variety of premade concession foods such as french fries, onion rings, blooming onions, pickles, tater tots, etc. Prepare ice cream by adding premade mix to the machine. Make fresh-squeezed lemonade and serve other premade drinks.

Set up/Tear down rides and food trailers. Operate ride and food concessions. Prepare food for food concessions Wash/Clean equipment. Possibly drive trucks and move equipment to the next location
Special Requirements
Post-employment drug testing required.
F.a.5 A-H. (continued): Monday-Saturday, 3pm-11pm. Shifts vary. OT possible up to 10 hours.
