Job description
Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. In addition to food prep, workers will assist with washing dishes and kitchen clean up.
Special Requirements
No special skills or licenses required. Restaurant operates between 9am and 10pm. Staff's 8 hour shifts may vary occasionally.
