Job description
Work under the Food and Beverage Manager to supervise the waitstaff as Waiter Captain. Take food orders and serve food and beverages to patrons in dining establishments, oversee the waitstaff as they set room for service, clear plates and glassware. Oversee the waitstaff as they perform opening and closing side work.
Special Requirements
One year experience in a food and beverage service professional in a full-service restaurant.
High school diploma or GED required.
Multiple shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test
On-The-Job Training Will Be Provided.
Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 7 am-2 pm; 12 pm-10 pm; 4 pm-12 am
Tipped position, employer will guarantee tips and salary equals a minimum of $21.42 per hour.
Over time possible at guaranteed minimum of $32.13 per hour.
Possible Wage Increase: yes. Typical annual performance merit increase is 3-4 %
Bonus possible in an amount to be determined.
