We are a landscaping company. The tools used to repair sprinkler systems in residential homes are shovels - to dig about 2 to 3 feet in order to get to the plastic pipe. Once exposed, workers will use electrical tape to repair any cracks. If new sprinkler pipe is needed then they will, by hand, replace the small sprinkler pipe.
Wooden fences are built and repaired with shovels, hammers, nails, electric screw drivers and sledge hammers - all tools that are used by hand. With these tools, my workers are able to dig up the fence posts and install new posts if needed (hole is dug by hand with shovel about 3 feet dee). Hammer and screw drivers allow them to nail new wood or screw in new wood where needed. With these hand tools wooden fences can be constructed (these are the type of fences we work with around residential homes. An electric Saw is also used in order to cut the wood to the specific dimensions needed. The same tools and processes apply for gazebos and patios. For gazebos, unlike fences, ladders are needed due to the height. These are residential patios and gazebos - therefore all are built with wood which requires the use of hammers, screw drivers, nails, screws, electric saw (to cut wood as required) just as with the fences. With the gazebo and patios there is also need for some cement to properly secure the posts - the cement is put in a small bucket, water is added and then it is mixed by hand with a piece of wood. Once it is the right texture it is poured by hand into the 3 foot hole and then the post is placed in that hole by hand.
Outdoor lighting is also only for residential purposes so the voltage is low - 12 volts. All this is done by hand as well - regular 12 volt wire is used for all our lighting. This required normal wire cutters to cut the wire as needed, and then bury the wire underground, 6 inches underground, which is dug by hand. It is then connected to a low voltage transformer - the transformer is connected to any outlet. water proof knots are used join the other wiring. Glue the lights to wall or bolt them in the wood.

Digging small trenches with shovels to plant shrubs and to put in wooden posts for yard and border fences as well as putting sprinklers and drip systems for plants. Also repairing sprinkler systems, fences, pipes and gazebos. Planting shrubs and plants, trimming shrubs and plants, mowing lawns. Repairing and installing irrigation (sprinkler systems) for homes. Outdoor lighting installation and wood work for gazebos and patios.
