Job description
Responsible for handling the daily operations of property in Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities include: maintaining household budget (including creating household budget, manage bill payments and payroll, prepare monthly expense reports, and liaise with accountant); maintain owners’ appointment schedule; social event planning/coordination (including establishing event schedules and budget, hiring of temporary event staff or vendors, development of food and beverage offerings, overseeing event logistics); making travel arrangements for family and guests (including creating detailed itineraries, working with travel agencies to make travel, restaurant & hotel reservations, scheduling transportation, etc.); overseeing facilities maintenance (including periodic overall inspection of facilities, oversee completion of periodic housekeeping as well as maintenance and repairs of physical facilities and grounds by vendors and/or staff, manage maintenance schedules, etc.); hiring, training and supervision of housekeeping and maintenance staff (including interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations, conducting performance reviews, recommend promotions/dismissal, etc.); and ensure adequate inventory of food stuffs and supplies.
