Job description

Mow, cut, water, edge lawns: rake and blow leaves; dig holes and trenches using hand tools, will dig trenches with a max depth/width of 3 ft, to install sprinklers and plants; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch, and new installation of sprinklers. Minor installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry. Involves bending, stooping, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather conditions. Employer may assist with finding and or securing housing. Possibility of performance based raise, Saturdays and overtime.
