Job description
Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, dessert and other food for consumption. Measure and mix Ingredients according to recipe, using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, Grinders, slicers, digital ovens, digital fryers and Knifes. Clean and organize Coolers, Freezers Put away ordered stock items, take out refuse, cleaning of kitchen floors and dishwashing. Must follow all sanitation policies and procedures.
Employer will offer 40-45 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm, 12:30- 8:45pm each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid meal/break. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Holidays and weekends required.
Basic rate of pay $16.00 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, change in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.00/hr. per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour.
One meal provided during shift at no cost to employee. Eligible for Holiday and Partner Bonus.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.
Special Requirements
Post-employment background check and pre-employment, post-employment, post-injury or incident drug test required cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, US and foreign/H2B. Must be able to work a five-day schedule including weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, lift, carry, move, push and pull boxes and equipment.
