Job description

Greet and welcome guests. Inform guests of specials and menu changes. Carry out suggestive sales work. Answer questions about our food, drinks and other restaurant functions and services. Monitor and observe guests while they dine. Ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service. Respond quickly and courteously to all their requirements. Help and support training. Prepare final check, present it to the guest, accept payment, process payment, bring change (if applicable) and card receipts. Take care of the details of service and cleaning during the operation. Assist staff in any of their activities. Motivate staff. Perform financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Perform food preparation and serving duties, such as carving meat, preparing flambe dishes, or serving wine and liquor. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets. Control inventories of food, equipment, smallware, and liquor, and report shortages to designated personnel. Assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. Forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements, based on a master menu. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs. Conduct meetings and collaborate with other personnel for menu planning, serving arrangements, and related details.

Special Requirements

PHYSICAL ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: REPETITIVE MOVEMENTS. STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS. BENDING OR CROUCHING FREQUENTLY. WALKING FOR LONG PERIODS.
THERE ARE NO SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.HOWEVER WE WANT TO CLARIFY THAT THERE ARE TWO 8-HOURS SHIFT. THE FIRST SHIFT IS 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM AND THE SECOND SHIFT IS 5:00PM TO 1:00 AM. WORKERS WILL ROTATE SHIFTS.
IN ADDITION, 15 WILL BE THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES EACH FLOOR SUPERVISOR WILL SUPERVISE.
ALSO, EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE A 12-HOUR TRAINING IN FOOD MANAGEMENT AND SANITATION, AND THE SENOR FROGS FRANCHISE MENU.
