Job description
Duties include loading and unloading building materials, tools, and equipment;
cleanup of debris and garbage from construction site; erecting and breaking down
scaffolding; digging and building footers; mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete;
removing form work; framing walls; house wrapping; preparing and installing
windows; painting and installing siding; framing and finishing decks; sanding,
painting, and installing trim; laying wood floors; use of hand- and power tools; and
helping contractors and other workers as needed.
