Job description
Performs any combination of the following routine, non-machine tasks to assist roofers, including but not limited to: supplying or holding building materials, supplies, and tools. Load/unload trucks, lift and carry materials and equipment. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.
Special Requirements
Requires three months of previous roofer helper experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Must be able to work at heights in excess of 15 feet. Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
