Job description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, water, fertilize, dig holes for plants, rake; prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws; plant and transplant, core aerating, seed and sod lawns. Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning. May drive trucks or other vehicles to/from or at work sites. Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Minimum 35 hours per week up to possible 40 hours per week. Normal work days Monday through Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with one-hour approximate unpaid lunch. Work days and shift time may vary with weather and customer demand.

$15.35/hr. Employer may increase wage based on experience, current market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $23.03 per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour. May drive trucks or other vehicles to/from or at works sites. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.

Special Requirements


Post-employment background check, pre-employment and post-injury or incident drug test required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Workers who drive company vehicles must have/obtain a valid drivers license. Must be able to work a 6-day schedule, may include weekends and holidays as required.
