Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and
utensils manually or using a machine (automatic dishwasher). May cut, wash and chop
vegetables and meats. May assist with basic food preparation duties such as reducing
sauce and parboiling food. Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as needed.

Special Requirements
F.a.5 A-H: Mon-Sun; varying shifts between 6am-10pm. 40 hours/week; OT varies.
