Job description
Crawfishing involves manually cutting up fish bait, baiting traps, operating motorized and push crawfish boats, traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond; make crawfish traps; repair crawfish traps as needed; weigh and tag crawfish; wash and grade crawfish; processing of crawfish harvested; load crawfish in trucks to deliver to markets/customers; load and unload trucks.
