Job description
Perform duties of lesser skill: Measure evergreens with measuring device, i.e. tape measure and cut with cutters to appropriate length. Tie evergreens into bundles for further processing. Transfer raw materials, finished product, and/or tools to storage, work stations, warehouses, or trucks via pallet jacks or conveyor. Quality control throughout product process through to finished goods. Pack appropriate cartons with finished goods. Notify support team of equipment malfunctions or the need for maintenance. Keep track of items produced and report this information to the production manager. Keep work areas clean and clear of debris. On the job training available.
Special Requirements
Ability to stand during working hours, ability to move raw materials weighing up to 40 pounds and products weighing up to 15 pounds
47.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, possible Saturdays, 7am-5pm, 30 min unpaid lunch.
