Develop new menu options; Assist with preparation and organization in the kitchen; Ensure operational standards are met with regard to sanitation codes, food storage, and loss prevention; Ensure kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.

Special Requirements

2 years of experience with creating recipes and menu items for catered events, and 2 years of experience managing food purchase, food cost, and inventory control.
