Job description
As properties become vacant, it is the responsibility of the crew to get the property rent ready. This includes cleaning the apartment or house inside out. Dumping furniture left behind by previous tenants. Items such as beds, cabinets, toys, and other living space materials. Emptying and cleaning stoves, and refrigerators. Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping all surfaces in the living room, bathrooms, and all rooms. Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced or broken toilet seats, unclogging sinks. Cleaning all windows, sinks, and bathtubs. The crew will also be responsible to maintain the lawns and trim trees and clean outside the properties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Due outside painting and sweeping on an as needed basis.
