The employer is licensed to provide care for patients/residents with dementia. They have established procedures to secure and monitor the medications for these individuals. The workers are responsible for administering medications as prescribed by the residents' doctors. Additionally, they will attentively care for the residents, closely observe their behavior and reactions to medication, and promptly report any negative incidents to the residents' primary physician. The workers will also offer assistance with essential tasks like ambulation and personal hygiene, providing bedside and/or personal care as needed.

Caregiver will serve as a companion to clients; provide transportation to clients to and from appointments, errands and other activities; assist clients with managing medications; assist in meal preparation; perform light housekeeping duties such as keeping room clean and laundry; provide bathing and dressing assistance; keep proper care records and reports; encourage socialization and participation in community events and activities; follow patient care plan; assist clients with communicating with families; and assist with transfer and mobility of clients.

Special Requirements

Employer will have two shifts available for workers:
Shift 1: Sunday through Thursday; 7:00am to 3:00pm
Shift 2: Sunday through Thursday; 3:00pm to 11:00pm
