Job description
Job duties will include but not limited to dumping fruit from containers onto a processing line. Removing low quality berries by hand. Placing finished product into boxes. Stacking boxes and finished products onto pallets for shipping. Move pallets to lines to be packed. Take away pallets of packed and finished product to cooler.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 40 lbs, must be able to tolerate extreme cold (34 degrees F in the cold storage rooms). Must have manual dexterity and ability to work in fast-paced environment. Must have trunk strength and be able to stand the entire shift. Must report to work sober and be sober for operating equipment and performing job duties. May be subject to employer-paid, post-hire drug test.
Work Schedule varies:
Sun-Saturday; 8-10 hour shifts from 7:50 am - 5:50 pm. Additional hours may be required to finish production run. Shift days and hours will vary.
Employer may offer a raise or bonus depending on experience and merit.

Deductions: Potential for optional housing with a monthly deduction determined later - no more than market rate. No family housing available. Optional transportation available at a maximum of $15 round trip for employees staying within a reasonable commutng distance.
