***RFI Response***
• Greet patrons, explain daily specials, answer questions about dishes on the menu;
• Take orders from patrons for food and beverages;
• Inform the kitchen of food and beverage orders;
• Carry trays of food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the patrons’ tables;
• Check on patrons to ensure they are happy with the food and beverages, and to ask if they have
any other requests.

• Take, prepare, deliver and clear food and beverage orders.
• Set up and prepare tables and chairs for meals.
• Prepare and process checks.
• Respond to questions, requests, and complaints.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Assist with opening and closing of the restaurant and food and beverage areas.
• Prepare side work.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. Work schedule will vary based on need.
