Farm Worker

Job description

General Farm Labor. Plant, irrigate, cultivate, and harvest crops: cotton, hay, oats, and wheat. Maintain and service farm equipment and grain bin facility. Drive and maintain farm equipment: tractors, work trucks, lawn mowers, weed eaters.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Post-hire drug testing at employer's expense. Three (3) months' experience with operating farm equipment required. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.

Hourly work schedule of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. includes one (1) hour lunch break to be taken midshaft.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift 50lbs. Experience with operating farm equipment required. A clean driving record is required to drive grain and transporter trucks and equipment.
