Snow removal by hand shoveling, snow plowing, salt spreading by hand, salt spreading by truck, install snow barriers, perennial plant cutbacks, irrigation winterization, hanging/removing seasonal decorations for commercial and residential clients. Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning during season. Winterize summer season equipment for winter storage and later prep for spring season.
With regards to the employees' action of the snow plowing the employees will perform the following:
The employees will shovel snow by hand using show shovels and/or by using a walk behind snow
blower. The employees will remove snow on walkways, driveways, sidewalks in both residential and
commercial properties. The employees will remove snow in front of garages using shovels. Please be
advised that the employees will NOT be using a truck with a plow to remove snow. The snow removal will only be removed via hand shoveling and walk-behind snow blower.
With regards to the employees' action of the installing snow barriers the employees will perform the
following:
Install fabric and plastic snow barriers on residential and commercial properties to prevent snow drifting. Install fabric around shrubs to prevent snow and salt damage.
With regards to the employees' action of the spreading of salt the employees will spread salt by hand and by using a salt truck. Please note that the salt truck does not contain a plow and wil I not be used for snow plowing. The salt will be spread on driveways, walkways, sidewalks and parking lots.

Special Requirements

ability to pass alcohol/background and drug tests, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
