Shovel snow and grounds maintenance including de-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties using shovel and snow blower. Distribute de-icing solutions. Fall and spring cleanup involves winterizing and de-winterizing sprinkler systems.

Shovel snow and grounds maintenance. Potential for fall and spring clean-up. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties. Will not operate a snow plow. On-the-job training available.

Special Requirements

Ability to lift and/or carry 50lbs. Saturday and Sunday work may be required depending on weather conditions. May include nights and additional hours during emergencies and winter storm conditions. Must be able to perform manual, physical labor outside during all weather conditions.

35 hrs/week, Mon-Sun, 5am-10am. Workdays and hours may vary depending
on weather conditions.
