General Farm Labor

Job description

Workers duties include, but not limited to: trimming trees, mowing orchard, fixing leaks in the irrigation system, irrigating the orchard, keeping the orchard, shop and housing yard free of debris, preapring equipment and other appertenances needed for next years harvest, and any other general farm labor that may come with operating an olive orchard. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties required, as well as working in extreme weather condition. Workers may be drug-tested post-hire at no cost to the workers for worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must follow all Work and Safety rules.
