Job description
Job Summary:
Manage food service operations and directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.
General Accountabilities: Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality standards and service. Perform Various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.
Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance in order to increase quality and enhance job safety. Develop departmental, budgets, policies, procedures and strategies.

Work hours: 10am-8pm (ALTERNATE SHIFTS.) Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday, including holidays. Days off may vary.
