Job description
Perform tasks to include: assisting in the restaurants by setting up/stocking food stations, prepare food for service, cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff following the direction of the sous chef or executive, clean up workstation and properly store leftover food. Strict adherence to health and safety rules must be followed.
Special Requirements
Requires three months of previous line cook experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs. when necessary and frequently work on hands and knees. Must be able to work a variety of shifts. Saturday, and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.
