Job description
Server Assistants will be responsible for setting tables, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, serving water and coffee to customers, and assisting with banquet setup. Server Assistants will also be responsible for bringing food to tables, bringing bread and pouring ice water, refilling beverages when needed, and setting up/breaking down rooms for events. Server Assistants will need to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Please see job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
