Job description
Clean and sanitize all winery equipment and facilities, assist with receiving, sorting, de-stemming and crushing fruit, drain and shovel out tanks, move hoses and equipment, set up pumps, rack and pump juice and wine, fill, top and rack and move barrels, punch down and pump over wine in tanks, report problems with food safety management systems to supervisor.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds over short distances (less than 30 feet), climb ladders, stand on feet for up to two hours at a time and engage in repetitive stooping and bending.
