Servers will perform the described food service duties within both formal and casual dining areas at the Petitioner’s property, which is a private country club. Specifically, these venues include a 300-seat main dining room, two smaller private dining rooms, as well as a 150-seat, casual indoor/outdoor dining bistro.

Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Please see job description for additional information.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment drug screening. Applicant must complete pre-employment COVID-19 test.
