“banquet setup”- this consists of setting tables with tableware and cleaning and clearing tables for banquet functions. These duties only occur on limited occasions when Bussers are needed to assist with banquets. No loading/unloading of materials or equipment is required.

Bussers will be responsible for setting tables, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, serving water and coffee to customers, and assisting with banquet setup.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.
