Job description

• Assist manager in supervising a team of 8-10 employees. Assist in supervisory responsibilities such as planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Assist with creating schedule and assigning daily work, informing and training team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
• Perform or assist subordinates in performing duties.
• Assist with All FOH Duties

Special Requirements

Must be capable of walking or standing 95% or more of a normal 8-hour work shift. Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs.
On-The-Job Training Is Provided.
Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 7am to 3:30pm, 9amto 5:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm, 3pm to 11:30pm
Wage Per Hour: Tipped position with guaranteed wage of $20.54 - $28.00
Overtime possible at hourly wage of $30.81 - $42.00
Possible Wage Increase: Based on merit and past experience with our company
