Job description
Front Desk Agents will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival to access their file on the computer, checking guests into either hotel rooms or condominiums in a pleasant, positive way to ensure that their experience at Jay Peak is a positive one. Front Desk Agents will also be responsible for answering phones, assisting guests with resort amenities and assisting/resolving guest issues. Please see job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.
