Advanced Houseperson

Job description

Ensures productivity and cleanliness are maintained across the property. Maintains cleaning inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available. Removes trash as needed. Supports environmental and recycling programs. Supports the housekeeping staff, including maintaining housekeeping closets in a neat and organized fashion, ensuring all housekeeping carts are stocked and neatly maintained, and transporting housekeeping staff to various work locations within the properties.

Special Requirements

Must have a minimum of one year of janitorial or houseperson experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours without sitting.
