Job description
Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, and post-harvest treatment of crops; manual labor including using hand tools for duties such as auguring grain, scooping grain, turning levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; load agricultural products into trucks; must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside grain bins; follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment; clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping by removing trees and other debris to reclaim productive acres; pile trees and other natural debris for burning or decomposing; clear fence rows.
