Job description
Line Cooks: Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients, inventory, ordering, and rotating stock. Ensure food is prepared, stored, and cooked correctly. Season and cook food according to recipes. Portion, arrange, and garnish food. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. Must be flexible, communicate effectively, speak clear English, be a team player. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. No experience necessary; will train.
