the food items that will be prepared are crawfish, shrimp, potatoes, and corn on the cob. The food items are prepared by cleaning, then grading, boiling, weighing, and sacking. The worker will not cut or chop any food in preparation for serving customers.

Clean and prepare crawfish by grading, boiling, weighing, and sacking. Prepare food for cooking, grilling, frying, broiling, boiling, etc. Maintain a clean work area by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces (tables, counters, and floors), and remove all debris and trash from work area.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 65 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
