Job description
Workers will operate a company-owned truck to transport pigs to and from company owned/managed sow farms in addition to transporting gilts from gilt development barns to sow farms. Worker will load and unload pigs from trucks utilizing great husbandry skills to minimize stress to the animal.
Special Requirements
3 months of experience working with livestock. Workers must be able to follow detailed biosecurity protocol. Workers must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds for 75 yards. Must have or have the ability to obtain a Class A Driver License. Must have a clean driving record. Winter driving experience required. 2 weeks of training provided.
