Farm Worker/general Farm Labor

Job description

Assist with loading and off loading of trucks.
Assist with repairs to farm buildings that were damaged during a recent storm.

Applicants must note: The entire farm, including farm housing, is a smoke free environment. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted anywhere on the farm or in farm housing. The Workers Compensation insurance policy requires drug testing in the event of an injury

Special Requirements

A minimum of 3 months experience is required.
Some work will be performed outdoors and will therefore expose workers to extreme cold temperatures. Job duties requires physical and manual labor and will require workers to lift tools or equipment that weigh up to 60 lbs. Some tasks might involve extensive pushing or pulling, frequent bending over or stooping and movements might be repetitive.
