Job description
• Follows recipes to prepare and cook food, chef guidance on stations, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety, cleanliness and organizational regulations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, kitchen and restaurant; follow proper HAACP procedures.
• Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures.
• Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout our F&B outlets and the Resort.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all established safety practices.
Special Requirements
Washington Food Handler's Permit required.
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
On the job training will be provided.
35 hrs. per week. Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 6am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm.
Workers will be paid no less than $20.04 - $23.99 hourly per hour (Annual merit increases based on performance review). Overtime at $30.06 - $35.99 per hour.
The Employer will provide sick leave to employees. The employee will accrue paid sick leave at a minimum rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
Employees are entitled to use accrued paid sick leave beginning on the 90th calendar day after the start of their employment, and sick leave will be paid at the employees normal hourly rate.
Unused paid sick leave of 40 hours or less will be carried over to the following year for those workers returning to employment with the employer.
